[About the Idea...Sorta.]
Don't bother trying to find some deeper meaning to this. Cause honestly, there isn't any. >_< (But if you form one, please share it with me!) It's two ideas combined together, simply cause I'm lazy. *laaaaaaaazy*

The first idea is a vampiric tree. Initially, I thought about the tree roots absorbing blood (or red water) and either spouting red leaves or changing to green while traveling up the trunk. Then, I thought of having the roots form a heart shape...only to realize encasing a molten heart in it would be even cooler. *nods head*

As for the second idea--wifi trees--I stole borrowed it without permission from a thought my cousin-in-law reblogged on tumblr. Does this count as thieving? *sweatdrop* Or is it an inspiration? *getting confused* (Seriously, I'm not so sure anymore.)

[About the Process]
This wasn't suppose to be a speedpaint, but somehow it turned out to be one. >_< Didn't mirror-check till the end, so it's more lopsided than I initially thought. Oops. Hahaha... *lazy* And I realized rather late that the trunk is waaaaay shorter than I envision. No wonder it's not as cool as it should be! *shakes fist!* But overall things went fine. (Excluding the lack of epic coolness. *wanted to make something super cool!* ) Thought of blood dripping off the roots but think I'll save that for the lame remake, (if it ever happens. I'll totally sketch it out and mirror check and use symmetry--all in a different software--first. The attempt above is punishment for skipping the sketch. *nods head* ) Oh, and sorry for the horrible watermark placement. Couldn't think of a good placement...
