Many firsts in this piece... Anyway, I did not want to paint a typical mermaid, so my mind somehow conjured this mashup of aquatic life. Sadly, this piece is not complete due to lack of motivation. I do not foresee myself magically getting motivated before the deadline....nor resuming after deadline. (If I ever resume it in the distant future, better to restart from scratch.)
